We have been working in the industry of Aerial Mapping since 2005 in Survey of India that’s where I started my carrier as a Photogrammetry Mapping Technician.

 

As Entrepreneur we have carried out a lot of full mapping and contour mapping for International and Local markets.

 

Birdview Mapping since 2013 aerial photogrammetric mapping projects each year, ranging from large-scale (1:200 or 1:500) mapping used for engineering design projects to small-scale mapping (1:2,500 or 1:10,000) for planning and Urban Planning for Municipality. High-quality aerial photography is the foundation for most photogrammetric maps, which produce the orthophotos and base maps used in many GIS applications.

 

At altitudes from 500 feet to 30,000 feet, we can create maps to scale using natural color, black-and-white, and color-infrared photography precisely georeferenced with GPS and inertial measurement technologies. Based on Birdview mapping years of experience delivering large-scale and small-scale maps, we have developed feature compilation (data digitizing) techniques that consistently meet or exceed all requirements for detail and accuracy.

 

Over the last 20 years, Birdview mapping has used softcopy photogrammetry workstations to extract planimetric and topographic data from aerial imagery.

Planimetric maps develop natural features with their exact coordinate locations, these features are comprised of vegetation, curbs, trails, fences, utility poles, drainage systems, driveways, road boundaries and curbs.

 

At the client's request we can render the images to either 2D or 3D formats. We also offer our clients with updated planimetric mapping by overlaying the original planimetry over the new imagery, this can be a practical way for our clients to detect areas that have been altered.
